By accessing or using Preblo ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Preblo, Inc. regarding your use of our e-commerce platform and related services.

Preblo is a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that enables organizations to create, manage, and operate online stores. Our services include:

• Store creation and management tools
• Product catalog management
• Order processing and fulfillment
• Payment processing integration
• Customer management
• Analytics and reporting
• API access for developers
• Marketplace for themes and apps

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our Service. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when processing customer data through our platform.

6.1 Subscription Fees

Service fees are charged based on your selected subscription plan. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified. Current pricing is available at preblo.com/pricing.

6.2 Billing

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due immediately upon invoice
• We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel mid-billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Preblo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your payment is overdue, or we are required to do so by law.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access will cease immediately. You will have 30 days to export your data. We may delete your data after 30 days.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Preblo regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
