• Account information: your name, email address and a hashed password when you register.
• Store data: the products, orders, customers and settings you create while operating a store on Preblo.
• Contact messages: the name, email, company, subject and message you send through our contact form.
• Usage data: pages visited and basic device information, as described in Cookies and Analytics below.

We use this information to provide and secure the platform, process payments, answer your messages, send service email, and understand which parts of our website are useful. We do not sell personal information.

Essential cookies. Signing in sets session cookies that keep you logged in. The analytics_consent cookie remembers your analytics choice for one year.

Google Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. They last up to two years. Where the law requires consent first (for example the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), these cookies are not set until you choose Accept, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as a rejection. Google Analytics runs only on the preblo.com website, never inside the signed-in app or on merchants' stores.
